If Dallas sees as much floor time as Hunter did this year, I will be very surprised. While he is physically gifted, he really needs to hone his basketball skills before he we can make a significant impact here.

Donnie Madzia rose from the bench as the midpoint of the second half approached at Sunday's Division I/II boys Ohio High School Basketball Coaches Association North-South all-star game at Capital University.
Madzia walked to the end of the bench where Solon's Dallas Lauderdale sat. At the end of a short discussion, a dead ball occurred and Lauderdale walked onto the court to join Upper Sandusky's Jon Diebler.
"We wanted to get the OSU connection out there," said Madzia, coach of Harrison Central.
Behind the two Ohio State recruits, North won, 127-122.

Good to see these kids having fun and enjoying themselves. I hope that Lauderdale can refine his game enough to make an impact next year. I think if we can get every player in their role we're going to surprise a lot of people.

It is going to be exciting to watch as Matta works through all the talent he has and molds that talent into a team. I can hardly wait!

Just like this year, but we don't have the superstar fire power, but we have guys that are very capable and have a will to win...

Bucknuts.com - OSU Men's Basketball Media Day Photos
Men's Basketball media day photos from BN (free)... Lauderdale looks college-ready.. I've heard good things from the summer workouts too. He was the one who I wasn't sure about in this class, but from what I heard/read he was productive in the summer workouts, perhaps moreso than he was on a consistent basis durign his senior season.
