I got to see him on STO this weekend for the first time. If my math is correct he hit over 57% beyond the 3 point line. I was overall, extremely impressed with all aspects of his game. If I had to describe him to a stranger, it would be "Pistol Pete with a conscience".
Myself, I see him playing guard instead of SF as this thread lists him. I could be morphing from a pure Buckeye football junkie to a BBB fan as well after wathing Diebler, and Kofous last weekend. If only Oden would stay one more year, WOW.

right now when it comes to shooting I don't think his conscience is much more than Pete's. I also do not think his ballhandling is anywhere close to what the ?Pistol? could do with the rock. That said I don't think that there have been many ball handlers like Pete. Right now, his defense reminds me of Pete's.

Post a thread about a possible lineup in a couple years, it gets deleted.

At times the 2 and 3 can be interchangable especially in a 3 guard lineup and most of the times these positions are strictly known as wings in some offenses. The thing is that Diebler is going to be a 3 moreso than a 2 due to the fact of who he will be guarding and and the other guy that will be on the floor with him. Next year it would be a combo of guys like Conley, Butler, Turner, Lighty, etc.
With a guy like Lighty on the court with him, you may look at him as more of 2g b/c he is going to be forced to shoot the ball a little more and Lighty will do the scoring...
Either way interchangable parts is what we are getting with all the versatility of the guys we are bringing in and it is a great problem to have...
