to all the guys on our squad.
This team has laid a strong foundation for making tOSU basketball (highly) relavent again. They've played through major adversity, sacrificed post-season play without bitterness, and played terrific basketball through all the courtroom and media drama, the worries of losing their coach to IU and spectre of unknown program sanctions always looming in the background.
They showed tremendous heart in close wins over Illinois last year, and this year against LSU, Northwestern, IU. They hung 104 points on Penn State (a little revenge for the football team maybe?), had the only B10 winning road record, and BEAT TSUN at both meetings.
This team was selected to go 5th in the Big 10, and in true Buckeye fashion clamed the whole damned thing outright. Throw in B10 player of the year for good measure.
The Schott is rockin', the big time recruits are rollin' in and this team's heart and success is a big reason why.

Well done Tim...I think they exceeded just about everyone's expectations this year

My great great uncle Clifford Heffelfinger (#45) played at OSU in 1939. And my cousin Evan Jablonka (#84) plays right now. Anyway, I read if you're related to somebody who has played at Ohio State, they will put you on their practice squad. But that doesn't mean you'll dress for the games though. When I go to Ohio State to major in Sports Journalism, this is what I am going to do. I won't stop there, because I will try to dress and make the team.
