Just because the Ohio State women?s basketball team has a different look these days without injured senior guard Brandie Hoskins doesn?t mean that the remaining Buckeyes don?t have sharp teeth. Wisconsin learned the painful lesson last night in Value City Arena during an 83-57 Big Ten mauling that featured a careerhigh 15 points from sophomore guard Ashlee Trebilcock.

COLUMBUS - Jessica Davenport hit her average with 19 points, and Ashlee Trebilcock broke out of a slump with 15 to lead No. 4 Ohio State University past the University of Wisconsin 83-57 Thursday night.
Marscilla Packer added 15 points and Star Allen had 14 for the Buckeyes (24-1, 13-0), who lead the Big Ten race by two games with three games remaining.

Although her skills in basketball are well known, Brittany Johnson is also known for her off-court mentoring skills.
For the past two years, Johnson has been a mentor, or ?Big,? for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Richland County.
The East Richland High School senior and Olney Lady Tigers basketball player has been matched with a ?Little? named Chris, a fifth-grader at East Richland Elementary School. Johnson said Dolores McNabb, who is in charge of the Mentoring Minutes program, thought she and Chris would make a good match.
