Actually, I sold them short. The box score shows 9/10 and 8/9.
It's also worth noting that Penn State stayed on the court after the game and applauded along with the crowd for seniors Jessica Davenport, Brandie Hoskins, and Stephanie Blanton. A very classy move by caoch Rene Portland and her team.

Hmm...didn't notice that, but okay. There wasn't a whole lot that went on after the game at all, really, the team just went off to the locker room like usual. Maybe they meant during the time out when Foster took Blanton and Davenport out of the game? I did see them out there applauding during the senior day introductions, so I don't at all mean to imply that they weren't a classy team.
Speaking of classy, there was a very large contingent from the OSU football team at the game last night. I figured they were being honored during halftime or something, but I guess they just came out to support the women's team. Nice move by Coach Tressel, who was there cheering the loudest, from what we could see from the other end of the court.

OSU women clinch Big Ten title|
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - In a career of highlights, this might have been the peak for Jessica Davenport.
Davenport scored 26 points and Star Allen added 22 to help No. 5 Ohio State beat Penn State 78-61 Thursday night to clinch at least a share of its third consecutive Big Ten title.
The Buckeyes (25-2, 14-1) lead Purdue by a game heading into their regular-season finale at Michigan on Sunday.
"This ranks pretty high," Davenport said of the conference title. "We've still got a lot of work to do. We didn't want to lose on senior night. We wanted to set a standard for everyone who comes to Ohio State. We always gave everything we had."
Ashlee Trebilcock scored 17 points for the Buckeyes, who captured a piece of their 10th Big Ten title. Ohio State's seniors are 105-20 with three conference championships.
Tyra Grant scored 17 points, Kamela Gissendanner had 16 and Amanda Brown had 15 for the Nittany Lions (13-15, 6-9), who are 0-8 on the road this season and have lost six straight to the Buckeyes.
