A damn shame this game isn't on.
Looks like the Big Ten Network is showing a women's gymnastics contest between MSU and Illinois tonight from 6 to 8 Eastern, followed by the women's basketball game between Penn St. (4-10, 13-13) and Illinois (6-8, 14-11).
I'm wondering if they're obligated to show every women's basketball team at least once in a conference game (football had that provision).

That could be but having said that the Ohio State women have been on the Big 10 network quite a few times this year compared to other teams. Not making excuses for showing gymnastics over basketball with my apologies to all those gymnasts out there.

And herein lies the inherent problems with a conference TV network. No one can watch this crucial match up because the channel is showing gymnastics (not that I'm condemning that). Can't show it "nationally", won't show it "locally"
A shame.

It's looking good for them to be all alone in first place after tonight.
54-37, tSOU with 11:30 left.
And now a 12-4 Iowa run makes it 58-49 with 7:30 left.
It's now 65-54 Buckeyes with 3 minutes left.
It's a final - congrats to the women on the 69-56 win.
