krebs spent 14 years in columbus. starting as ticketing director, then assitant ad, then aada, then sr associate ad. he then went up to bg to be the ad there.
i wish alford luck in "the pit" 18018 people at 5314ft is a tough venue. and a really cool place for a game.
why go there. i guess my one justification is that from 1966 till 2001 unm was in the top 10 in attendance. theyve slide since then into the teens, but their women draw 11k plus. no major league sports in a good sized town.
best of luck and ill assume you wont see many top tier teams willing to go into that place if they have a decent team again...

Well I know that his dream was to take over at Indiana. I wonder if he isn't thinking that if he leaves the conference and waits a little while that he might have a better chance of becoming IU's next headcoach.

Wow it sounds like you know a hell of a lot more about New Mexico U than I do? Do you live in the area or did you just know that info.? I knew his name sounded familiar but I kept associating him with BG not OSU. Thanks for the info. |
