Where to begin - the noncalls going on for the last 5 minutes?
Or the inbounds pass at which UCLA was intentionally fouling in order to send Cal to the line... which somehow turned into a noncall and then UCLA ball? Christ.
And then of course the shot that should be invalidated by college rules.
The fix was in, or there was some SERIOUS ineptitude.

My dad mentioned that when I talked to him later that evening... totally forgot that rule. Still a heck of a shot regardless if it should have counted or not.
BTW, I do agree that Cal "turnover" with 16 seconds left should have been a foul on UCLA.

When the Game Day boys were doing their chat before the UNC game they thought that shot was good and they had checked with the Pac-10 director of officials and he said that the referee who made the call you the rule and thought that the shot sure count but I guess what else was he going to say.
I was talking to my brother who watched the game, don't know how I missed it, but he said that when the ball was knocked out of bounds right before that play it should have been Cal's ball instead of the other way around.
