Which team will get the automatic bid by winning the conference tournament?

Arizona State appeared to tie the score on a follow-dunk with 17 seconds to play, but it got waved off on a very weak over-the-back call. USC made two free throws and won by four.

This game was in the Staples Center - another hometown team getting a huge call in the last 20 seconds from Pac-10 refs in an L.A. arena to help them win.

It hardly looked like he even touched the other guy. Very poor call for that late in the game.
