CBI Tournament
Just read that schools that were "invited" have to pay $60K to take part. No television except a pay per view internet feed. WTF?
I thought going to the NIT sucked, but at least we're not paying for the privilege.

New Mexico State turned them down because of the cost. For a young team or a mid-major this is better than staying home.

Fox College Sports is handling the TV. NIT requires a fee too. If you're turning a profit on your basketball program the fee becomes equivalent to expensive "buy" game.
