Another possibility, to go along with Craft's visit may be that Coach Boals has discovered the truth that everyday is a great day to be a Buckeye (with maybe a couple of exceptions were it was only a good day to be a Buckeye )

Hey Mike, Absolutely. Boals is a tremendous coach of post players. He will bring experience toughness and competitiveness along with knowledge of the game. Expect the Buckeyes bigs, who were pretty good to continue to improve. The Buckeyes have two high-level asst coaches in Boals and Allan Major. The Buckeyes are in good hands.

Seems to be ready for the season to begin. Very good hire, IMO. Qualified and seems to bring something to the program.
