Me and a few of my friends went to one of my friend's grandparent's house for the NC game. After the victory we all ran outside and rolled around in the snow with no shirts on.
My friend's uncle ran into the woods and didn't come back for 15 minutes, who knows what he was doing.

Was sitting in the south stands with my girlfriend (now wife.) She got me a football signed by that whole team for Christmas. I agree it was heartbreaking. OSU was definately the best team in the country that year. Never got to prove it. Goes back to the point I made in another thread about it not only mattering who you lose to but when you lose. I did get to see two MSU fans get the [censored] kicked out of them after the game. They were all painted up in green and yelling "overrated" outside the stadium. I remember thinking, wow they must have some pretty big balls to be screaming that loud around 90000 [censored]ed off Buckeye fans. Lets just say that that green paint get spread around onto some fists and shoes. The cops arrested all of them. I went home and cried in my beer.

Amen to that. Mine was sitting out side in a car listening to that game with my 12 year old son while my in laws were inside at my wife's Grandparents 50th anniversary party.
They are all UK fans and still think I am a prick for missing the party.
If you ever meet my wife, NEVER bring that night up. If you do, you might want to step back a few paces.

In 1996 I watched the Notre Dame game on TV. When Dimitrious Stanley returned the opening kickoff 85 yards, I started celebrating. For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to try a cartwheel, halfway through which I slipped and fell on my back. I was too happy to really care, but it was pretty dumb nonetheless.

I broke a couch and fell through a coffee table when I jumped up yelling to the officials about the pass interference during a game back in the 1970s! Remember that chrome and glass look? Don't know who was yelling more, me or Woody!

In 1985 we lost a heartbreaker at home to Wisconsin 12 to 7. The following year we lost our first two games before going on a tear until the Wisconsin game up in Madison. I remember thinking we didn't have a chance. Low and behold we kicked their butts in a 30 to 17 thrashing that included a brilliant romp by Vince Workman to seal the deal - during which I almost poked my eye out in celebration. I'm a grown-up now.
