Should be very interesting. It is nice to get some of these guys in early so we can see them and what they got.

I don't see Coleman redshirting at all. Even if he doesn't start, one has to figure that he'll be in the two-deep. Besides, who says Amos earns and keeps the starting job next year? Yeah, I've heard all the stories about practice and potential as everyone else, but that doesn't change the fact that he has zero in-game experience with the Buckeyes. The way I see it, Jenkins has one cornerback job locked up, and it's an open audition for the other spot.

Is our secondary that weak that we need to start a freshman at cb next year. I know KC is supposed to be an extrodinary defensive back but i think experience in the defensive backfield should outweigh that.

A freshman started a game this year...is experience more important than getting your best 11 on the field?

Sooo, what veteran so you suspect starts? Andre AMos will be a RS Freshman... he will proabbly start. Sirjo Welch is a little undersized IMO to be a fultime starter at corner now with the big WR's in upwards of 6'4-5". We should have 2 CBs that are 6'1" (Jenkins, Amos) and 2 Safeties that are 6'3"+ (Lyons, Mitchell).

O'Neal is expected to start alongside Mitchell.
