Coach Schneider said what does he have to lie about, and if he wants to come to Clayton to personally view the offer sheets he (Crabtree) is more than welcome. Tressel will be in-school to talk with them tom.
Also fwiw an awesome evaluator of talent told me if there is one of the best free safeties he has seen, and compared him to John Lynch in tackling style.

i certainly didnt mean to start a fuss about this. I just found it funny that crabtree immediatly jumped on this when he inferred that coleman was misrepresenting his offers yet it was from his coach in an article on rivals.

Well, I guess Kurt can kiss any shot at a 4/5* ranking goodbye...

Kurt Coleman of Clayton (Oh.) Northmont is one of the top defensive back prospects you'll see this year. Coleman boasts offers from Ohio State as well as several other programs and is high on the OSU program. We have video clips of this prospect today; check them out to see one of the top recruits in the state in action.

I agree with HS that Kurt could become a dominant DB in college, especially as a FS, although it seems like OSU is recruiting him as a corner.

Coleman has narrowed his list down to Ohio State, Kansas State, Iowa, Tennessee and West Virginia. He will be visiting Ohio State and Tennesee in the near future and says he will make a decision before the end of June.

Interesting that Miami didn't make the cut, considering that Kurt was a 'Canes fan growing up. I like OSU's chances against the rest of the field.
