So long as our O-Linemen do what Tress said after the PSU game last year and....

Michigan's cornerbacks obviously will be a little tainted, but still, with Grant Mason and Darnell Hood emerging, they shouldn't be as bad as everyone thinks they are. They have a good, fast corner in Leon Hall and even with Ohio State's speed at receiver, I think Michigan has a chance to shut them down. With Henne and Hart back, even with Braylon gone, Breaston and Avant will fill in nicely. I think that the play of Troy Smith is going to be the x-factor in this game and if he plays like he did last year, Michigan will be forced to play like they did against Texas. I'll give my prediction in the beginning of August on the game.

Just keep on drinking the yellow kool-aid. You got spirit, a sense of humor and a flare for the dramatic.... "I'll give my prediction in.... August."
This reminds me of Tom Lemming's special magic trick where he turns into David Copperfield and pulls a weenie out of his butt and gives ND and NEBBers the top ranked recruiting classes.
My guess is that being a Wolverine fan, you like your Wolverines in this contest. It's just a hunch, though.

You lost two "All American" DBs from the secondary that we torched last year, and you're now going to shut us down? Keep smoking crack. You're right about one thing, though, in saying they won't be as bad as everyone thinks they are...they'll be worse.

Mason and Hood emerging? Neither did anything last year. They would both have trouble cracking the 2-deep on most top 10-caliber teams.

If CFN is right about the eligibility of your team you lose another 3 DB's this year. If Hall goes pro that will be 4 that will see significant PT. Last time I checked Michigan had 14-16 scholarships this year. I have heard from Michigan fans that they want 3-4 DB's. The only DB's I see them getting that are highly ranked is Walls and Brown. They think both are locks but Justin King was supposed to be a lock last year. ND will try to get both and IMO will snag one of them.
Michigans problem is that they have to rely on recruiting out of state. I know they will get offensive talent but they have been striking out with LB'ers and DB's. They need some superstars really fast in that secondary.
The problem Michigan will face this year is Mobile QB's with great WR's. Iowa and OSU have the horses all over to expose that secondary. Tate and Smith will burn Michigan with their feet and arms. After taking off my scarlet and gray glasses I still see a secondary that is in the bottom of the conference. If you think your secondary is strong your in for a big suprise this season.

Wow, what did I expect, I try to be unbiased and of course I get a bunch of arrogant, biased fans. Whenever I look around on other forums, such as the Texas Longhorns, all I see is respect. On this site, all I see is hate and no respect at all. When Texas beat us in the Rose Bowl, they deserved all the credit in the world, and both teams played a great game. They gave us respect for putting up a fight. Some fan from this site tried to get a picture of Braylon dropping a pass in the rose bowl. Wow, the guy catches 11 passes and 3 touchdowns and this guy tries to find a picture of him dropping a pass. This shows how he has no class and why Texas fans, who are classy, bashed him. As a Texas fan said, and I quote "buckeyeplanet is a visually annoying website." Please continue to be biased and arrogant, because thats what Ohio State fans naturally are.

jaed1341, if you came here to read Buckeye fans heap praise on a mediocre Michigan team, then you've come to the wrong place. If you feel our site is so arrogant, biased, disrespectful, and visually annoying, then feel free to take your punk ass out of here. You, being a Michigan fan, have a lot of gall calling fans of another school arrogant and biased.
