Jermale received offers from every school on the Ginn Bus Tour except Notre Dame and tOSU. He feels that a Buckeye offer is very close and calls his top 4 as Ohio State, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Purdue.

God Bless these Glenville kids. Today I read this update, yesterday I read
the update on the wide reciever. You have to love where they list their offers and then flatly state they favor tOSU.

I actually got to speak with Hines when the Bus Tour stopped by camp and he says he loves OSU(as mentioned in the articles). I think it is questionable if he can add enough weight to become an OSU LB though.

Any other positions possible?
RB-
So if he doesn't have the frame to add the weight necessary to be an LB, any other positions possible from what you know/have seen?
Is safety possible?
Although I know not everybody can be a Buck, hate to lose kids who really want to be one, while spend so much time on players who keep "shopping around"...

Safety yeah. He seemed to think OSU will offer eventually and sounded like he would wait out the process for the offer. Now I think it may be possible to gain enough weight to be a LB but if that is the position he will play, he will need a few years in the weight room. Besides, I think he is a bit raw and will need some polish anyways, so no biggie.
