I would have to disagree with you on a few points:
Arizona St. =< Iowa
Cal > Purdue
Oregon State < Minnesota
Oregon > Penn State
UCLA = Wisconsin
Arizona < Michigan State
Washington State > Northwestern
Stanford > Illinois
Washington > Indiana

Actually, I think Cal Purdont would be an interesting game. Their O's should be comparable. I really like what Marshawn Lynch can do. I think Purdon't wins on Defense. Lost in the "basketball on grass" business is that Purdon'ts D has been pretty good. Not Ohio State good, but I'd say it would be the #2 unit in the PAc 10 (behind SC)

My take:
Arizona St. < Iowa
Cal = Purdue
Oregon State < Minnesota
Oregon = Penn State
UCLA >= Wisconsin
Arizona < Michigan State
Washington State => Northwestern
Stanford > Illinois
Washington > Indiana
I say that the Big 10 is the better conference through the top 7 teams minus USC pretty much hands down. Yeah the Big 10 has a pretty bad bottom but who really cares about that? If there was a football matchup similar to the basketball Big 10/ACC challeng, I say the Big 10 wins 8-2 saying Indiana did not play. The new lineup would be:
USC >= Ohio St.
Arizona St. < Michigan
Cal =< Iowa
Oregon State < Purdue
Oregon < Minnesota
UCLA =< Penn State
Arizona =< Wisconsin
Washington State < Michigan State
Stanford =< Northwestern
Washington > Illinois
