My New Top-25 Computer Poll
Given all the rediculous lists and polls that have been brought up today, I figured 'what the hell,' I'll go ahead and do one of my own. My computer poll is very simple, and works under the premise that success breeds contempt.

The formula:

1) Visit google.com
2) Search using the expression '[team name] [nickname] sucks' (e.g. 'Tennessee Volunteers suck')
3) Sort the results.

1. Oregon
2. Oklahoma
3. Washington State
4. Southern Cal
5. Tennessee
6. Texas Tech
7. Texas
8. Georgia
9. Arizona State
10. Miami (Fla.)
11. Ohio State
12. Michigan
13. Mississippi
14. Florida
15. LSU
16. Alabama
17. Wisconsin
18. Oregon State
19. Auburn
20. Clemson
21. Arizona
22. Washington
23. UCLA
24. Louisville
25. Iowa

Personally, I think my Top-25 is at least as good as that one from methomps thread. I tried additional qualifiers such as 'college football' in the search, but that didn't change the results by a significant enough margin to neccessitate it's inclusion.

Two notes from my searching:

1) Oregon got a bunch of extra points for their uniforms.
2) Aggies and Longhorns agree: Texas Tech sucks

Apparently BCS bias sucks. All 25 are BCS teams.

This originally started because I wanted to produce a poll that scientifically rated Notre Dame #1. Apparently, Notre Dame sucking is such a universally understood fact that people don't bother creating web pages advertising this, so ND didn't even rank in the Top-25.
