I was annoyed and maybe angry at Clarett and ESPN over the entire recent fiasco, but this quote brought that emotion dangerounsly close to hate. This is the LAST thing a hard-working kid like Branden Joe should have on his mind. NONE of our Buckeyes should have this sort of thought stuck in their heads while they are working so hard to do their absolute best. None of them should have their FANTASTIC performance on Saturday tainted by Clarett's feces-tossing festival. GRRRR!
Still, I'm sure they're all thinking about Saturday and not ESPN, and that they've all had one of the best days of their lives today, thinking about one of the best days of their lives yesterday. I know I've been smiling all day.

I don't think thay were thinking about it much at all. I do think that it may have been part of the motivation to play as hard as they did, prove to everyone what kind of team they are, and go out on a very high note.
We've got a great coach, and for the most part, great guys. I'm obviously super-happy that we beat the weasels, but also very happy for the seniors who were able to really leave it all on the field in victory.
