When will Minnie self-destruct?
2002: Minnesota started 7-1, then lost the next four and finished the season 8-5.
2003: they started 6-0 before losing 2 straight and finishing a respectable - but not spectatular - 10-3. 2004: 5-0 before losing FIVE of the next six before ending the season 7-5. 2005: They are sitting at 4-0 and coming off a big win against Purdue. But their next four games are @PSU, @Michigan, Wisky, and OSU. Do they now have enough Ohio studs to keep things rolling or is it time to start the countdown clock? |

I say Wisky deals them their first loss, though I would like it the other way around better. Interesting poll possibility in this thread btw

I think the Penn State game is a toss-up, but I really like Minny's chances in the Toilet. They've blown leads two years in a row to the weasels, but if they get behind again, Braylon isn't around to bail them out anymore.
And if Northern Illinois can ran for over 200 yards in AA, how many rushing yards will Minny get? I think they got 424 yards rushing in one of those losses to Michigan. I went and looked it up. They did run for 424 yards in the 2003 loss to scUM. |

Mason is going to feel like Wile E. Coyote on Oct 29th...

I figured this would be another of your bookmaking scams. Anyway, with three to two odds, I choose week six. and a $200 bet.
With even odds, I choose week seven. and a $250 bet. And a side bet that they don't go over 300 yards rushing against scUM. $25 |

Who do they play next?
. Just kidding. In all seriousness, though, I could see them losing on the road at PSU this weekend. If not, at scUM. I think from what I've seen this year that Minnesota is better than both teams; however, with both games being on the road, there's no way they win them both. In fact, they'll be lucky to win one of them. |

History would suggest that the countdown to their demolition has started. This weekend, at State College will be very interesting!
They have , in my opinion THE toughest string of conference games! |
