I'm putting my v$$$s on Penn State. They are the home team. Minnesaota has won the last thee meetings between the two teams, so Penn State is "due". Also, Penn State has a half way decent run defense. I can't see Minnesota getting 326.5 yards on the ground (their average) against Penn State. Defense wins games.

The only quality opponent either team had was Minnesota playing Purdue, so who really knows how good either team is.

I don't want to bet on this game. My question is, who do we root for? With games at scUM and against Wisconsin before they play the Buckeyes, I find it hard to believe that Minnesota will be undefeated coming into that game. Although if they do, that would be a REALLY BIG game.

I personally am rooting for a close, hopefully 4 OT game , but I want to see Penn State win. Penn State would likely just up to around 15th or 20th in the country, and this game would grab the attention of the nation. It could be a win that would really help us in the polls.

What say you?

Couldn't be a better game to scout both opponants! Don't get me wrong; Robinson is nowhere as sharp as Troy and certainly lacks the supporting cast. The potential to burn Minni exists w/ D. Williams and a scrambling MR.
Advantage D to Penn State. Coach Paterno pulls out all the jams on this one.
