OHSAA Computer Playoff Rankings
These decide what high schools make the playoffs and what schools don't, the top 8 in each region make, in division 2, region 7 Columbus Beechcroft is still in it, despite the loss to brookhaven, that makes me happy that we still have a chance.

I'm not going to post the whole page, its huge, so i just posted the link.

Good Luck to the Newark High Football Team.
they are currently 6th in Div.1 Region 3
Its has been since the 70's that the Wildcats have been to the playoffs.

Anyone know what effect playing a team from out of state has on the computer polls? Colerain seems to be pretty low considering their only loss is to the #1 team in the state. Is the win over Tyler Lee not as heavily weighted as a win over an Ohio team?

I don't think it's any less weighted, but what hurts Colerain is that Lee lost their last 3 games.
It also hurts them that alot of the teams they've waxed have losing records. They better hope Lakota keeps winning.
This site is better than the OHSAA site. He updates the computer points as soon as the Sat. games are over. It also gives more info on possible points if they win out and other info.

actually that is not better, the Ohsaa.org site is better because it is official, those rankings may be better looking and faster to get, but they aren't the official one's, so they don't mean squat, but nice site none the less

how many teams are in a region? Why don't they decide this on the field?
