Just give us the names of the slackers. I think peer pressure is the way to go with this. If people get [censored] for not turning their ballots in they will be more likely to get them in on time. Hopefully BKB and AKA are keeping track of the people who are late so that they can be replaced next year.
It also might help to have a cutoff point. IE- If the poll isn't in by 7:00 am Tuesday it doesn't get used.

I thought the polls had to be in by noon on monday... what's the hold up? I've been very busy in the office and still have had mine in on time... it doesn't take too long to complete...
