I'm fine with 15th, thats the number that was in my head last night.

You just can't lay claim to elite status with one complete 1/3 of your team being a major liability no matter how good the other 2/3 are.

Good news is we should win 5 in a row and will probably be top 10 again going into scUM.

Key word "should"

With our offense apparently being more of a liability then we figured going into the season, we are dependant on our defense to hold teams to 14 points max (by looking at our performances this year)

Looking at each remaining game independantly and how we have played so far, each should be a win till scUM.

Looking at the overall picture, another loss is a possibility, but hopefully not the case

Nate could go either way
Am I the only one somewhat surprised as to how much love we are getting from the pollsters this year. We were the highest ranked 1 loss team. Now we're the highest ranked 2 loss team and we're ranked higher than 8, 1-loss teams.

I know our losses were to 2 undefeated teams. We are ranked where I think we probably should be but it just surprises me that the pollsters haven't taken the opportunity to drop us like flies considering their attitude toward us the last 3 to 4 years. Our offense hasn't looked any better this year than the 02 or 03 teams.

Maybe I'm off base but it just made me wonder.
