The thing thats so appealing about Malcon Jenkins is he's a BIG corner. At 6-1 180 so pounds he'll probably grow into about a 6'2" 200-205 corner. Thats a big corner and in 1 or 2 more years I bet he'll be mentioned as one of the best corners in college football (not of all time).
Now if we can just get one more corner after Youboty leaves we'll be very strong in the secondary for years to come. We're kinda set at saftey with O'neal, lenix, patterson, whitner, and mitchell. Our secondary will be very very strong next year. Especially if Youboty comes back which I believe he does.

Jenkins certainly passes the look test. If you look at him in pads, you'd have no idea he was a frosh. Also, underwood, amos and others should provide good options at CB, and I believe Wallace is coming on board (#4 CB via Rivals IIRC).

I can't wait too see Jenkins develop over he bext few years. I think he could end up being one of the top five best cornerbacks in OSU history by the time he graduates.

Funny thing is that I'm fully expecting us to be ranked at S too, which would give us rankings at all of the defensive positions, minus DT.

Dude, how can you forget Whitner? He'll be drafted ahead of both of them. And what's with the question mark next to Youboty's name? The only question is whether he'll be drafted in the second or first round.
