I agree. Both should be 1st round selections. Although Loadholt's stock may be dropping and he'll need to assure the NFL that his DUI in June is not his lifestyle. It seems more and more NFL GMs are paying a lot of attention to the quality of the individual.
Robinson is a sure 1st rounder.
Boone should be a 1st rounder but it's not a sure thing. He could fall to an early 2nd round selection.
Steve Rehring goes later. 3rd round at the highest. My guess is he's a late 3rd or early 4th round selection.
By pure talent, those two OU OL's are the best pair in the country.

Fall Notebook: Shaving Mike Brewster And More

During the season, Boone walked into postgame interviews with a freshly shaved head. Asked what happened to his haircut, he explained that his girlfriend had shaved it while he slept.

Now, nearly two years later, Boone has come clean and exonerated the woman in the story.
"That was a joke," he said with a laugh. "I couldn?t believe you guys all fell for that one. I got it cut because the coaches wanted me to get it cut."

You know you're returning 20 starters when the biggest concern on offense is the length of your o-lines hair...

College Football News.com - 2008 CFN All-Americans & Top Players
Boone came in at number 6 on their list of best offensive tackles. He also made the Honorable All-American list:
Quote:
Alex Boone, Sr. Ohio State
The Buckeyes caught a huge break when the 6-8, 312-pound Boone surprised everyone and chose to return for his senior season. A four-year starter on the left side, he's a great pass blocker with the long arms that keep all the pass rushers at a distance to go along with the power to be a dominant run blocker. He's a rock of a player who's getting more and more consistent. Considered by some to be the best Buckeye line prospect since Orlando Pace, all eyes will be on him as the possible first tackle taken in next year's draft.

1st round pick in next years draft.....1st or second OT taken.
Still not sure why a lot of these draft prognosticators are missing the boat. It's pretty obvious.
