I agree with him. Why should some uninformed people's opinion make or break an entire undefeated teams hard work.
We should have a damned jury like in the legal system.

Didn't Lou Holtz win a championship for the 'Domers? How many did you win Tommy?

I think the "coaches who haven't won any games" comment was directed at Corso, Bob Davie, and the half-dozen other ex-coaches at ESPN, since Tubberville went on to say "and Lou Holtz ..." separately.
Did anybody watch the entire game? What stupid things about Auburn could Bob Davie have possibly said?

Yes, but does anyone actually believe anything Corso says?
I'm all for anyone bashing ESPN.

I'm pretty sure he was referring to Lou's record at USCar

Most HCs are reluctant to take on espin, even when the so-called sports network goes ballistic. espin richly deserves at least one large bore public cornhole each week...more or less forever.

Agreed. I just became an Auburn fan!!
Uninformed opinions do shape public perception. Ohio State is a renegade program now thanks to espn. Never mind that nothing outside of the Troy Smith booster dealings was found. How many times was Ohio State on that front page? How many times did they talk about Jim Tressel and his "history of trouble dating back to his days at Youngstown State?"
I love that they took a public reaming.
