It looks like West Virginia will be the champ of the big east with the remaining games as follow:

Nov. 2 UConn
Nov. 9 @ Cincy
Nov. 24 Pitt
Dec 3 @ South Florida (make up from last week)

The only loss by West Virginia will be to Virginia Tech, so they easily deserve a BCS berth. Rutgers is the second place team but WVU beat Rutgers earlier in the season.

NU was ranked for the first time since 2001 and tSUN just put them back in their place (like I hope tOSU will in a few weeks)

I think NU would do well in any other conference - so I don't think they embarrass the B10. (Do well, not win out)

They play a completely asymetrical type of football that, up until yesterday, had been executed perfectly. Many of their offensive plays are completely unstoppable (w/o a hella pass rush) and Basanez has been red hot with pocket passing and passing on the run and Sutton (why in God's name did we let him escape???) is in the top 5 nationally for rush scoring.

Considering that this is the game I'm most worried about, I would hardly consider them an embarrassment.

Hate to say it but the Big East should not have an auto bid with their pansy schedule. Put WV in the Big 10 and they have 4 losses
