Tressel's Players of the Week vs. Illinois
From the Ozone:
Football: Jim Tressel announced the players of the week for the Illinois game today.
Troy Smith was named the offensive player of the week, while Mike Kudla took defensive honors. Doug Datish, who graded out to 91% last week, was named the Jim Parker offensive lineman of the week. Josh Huston was named the special teams player of the week. Marcus Green was named the attack force player of the week. There were four nominees for the Jack Tatum hit of the week, one of whom was Santonio Holmes, but that award has not yet been determined.
The scout team players of the week were Doug Worthington on defense, Robbie Schoenhoft on offense, and Joe Gantz was named the special teams player of the week.

Man one week Datish goes from not being very good to being the best.
I think a little more consistency out of him would be great for the final two games.

How exactly is Holmes up for Jack Tatum Hit Award, isn't that award usually reserved for defensive players?

grading out does not neccesarily mean the most dominate play (what most of us on here want to see) it rewards consistent, smart and precise play
