Gant says he has received verbal scholarship offers from Michigan State, Ohio State, Iowa, Purdue, Northwestern, Washington, and Illinois. tOSU, Northwestern, Purdue, Michigan St., and Washington are his top five. His teammate, Anthony Bowman, is committed to Iowa. Aaron is taking his ACT's on 12/10, then has visits set up with Iowa (12/16), Washington (1/6), and tOSU (1/13). He had assisstant coaches from tOSU, Washington, and Michigan St. visit him last week. He is the cousin and teammate of 2007 super-star Dionte Allen.

Well if he does come in a visit that tells me the staff really feels highly about him and that is fine with me. I always like the occasional michigan kid on our team just so we can rub it in to them even more.

With Lenix, Moeller, and Homan coming in for sure and Collin McCarthy probably coming in I wonder about this. Perhaps we know Gibson isn't going to qualify(which I think is probably the case) and we have bad vibes with McCarthy?

He seems very Bowman like imo. Perhaps he is the next option since it appears Bowman is headed to psu.

Not quite sure if Lenix is definite or not... maybe Gant comes in if Lenix doesn't qualify? They seem to have the same measureables.

If those measureables are accurate, he sounds like he has tremendous potential to be a blitzing outside linebacker or hard-hitting safety.
