I think it is a little to early to put Carson Palmer #1. Being a Bengal fan, I like it. He is having a great year, but it is only his second year. Give him time. There are others who should be higher right now.
I also hate the format of thoes lists. Why force me to see all the pages. Give me a list and let me pick and choose who I want to see first.

I agree with what you said about Palmer being too young to know...but they didn't choose him #1. The list is in descending chronological order

I wish they would define their parameters a little better. By "Bust" do they mean "performed far worse than expected in the NFL" or do they mean "did the least in the NFL"?
Nobody expected Gino Torretta to do much in the NFL (7th round pick, IIRC), so his lack of performance wasn't particularly shocking. Same with Eric Crouch and Tommie Frazier. Their inclusion suggests that they are basing their classification as a "bust" on who did the least in the NFL. If these three are going to be included in the list, I don't understand how Charlie Ward isn't. A poor NFL career is still (somewhat) better than no NFL career.

I noticed that too........Seriously, tho, I don't think it is too early to call Palmer a star....he is leading the league in passing rating and TD in only his 2nd year starting......he only appears to have upside-he hasn't shown any major flaws this year that a nit picker can "well, he needs to do this before he can be considered an elite QB"

Yeah, there was an article in the DDN today where Jon Kitna was saying that Palmer is the most accurate passer they have ever seen. Looks like the real deal. Kitna, and Dilfer of the Browns, were both extremely impressed with Plamer and his poise and ability on the field.
