Cool thread, and a tough call. Some of my first thoughts have been mentioned:
Holy Buckeye- to be Jenkins/Krenzel
Cie Grant ending the Fiesta Bowl
Will Allen ending the scUM game in '02
Eddie vs. ND
There are so many- I'll go with being Joe Germaine, bloodied chin and all, leading the Bucks down the field to win the Rose Bowl in '97.

oooh oooh oooh
I know I already chimed in twice...
But how about Jonathon Wells' long TD on 4th and 1 at Michigan in 2001? That play let the world know who was going to win that game, and that there was a new Sheriff in town in Columbus. That scratched a very deep itch for this Buckeye fan.

A.J Hawk in the Texas game would be up there...
Single play would be A.J Hawk's INT against Texas, because I've never seen that crowd go any more crazy. Awesome, Awesome moment.

It's Jonathan Wells...
If I could have been one player for one play...first off, it would have to be in the 'Shoe...and second off, it would have to be against Michigan. So that narrows it a lot for me.
I think I would want to be Will Allen...intercepting John Navarre's pass in the endzone for the final play of the 2002 Ohio State/Michigan game. Being on the field for that moment, would be amazing...sort of for me, that was the moment when we won our National Championship. The Fiesta Bowl was just an AMAZING bonus.

For the actual topic:
The first that came to mind for me was Cie Grant coming off the edge.

That's the thread but the link isn't working. Mili likely pulled it to make room for more recent stuff.

Alot come to mind. Krenzel's first start at Ann Arbor 2001. Joe Germaine's drive in the 97 Rose Bowl. But the one single play that stands out to me hasn't been mentioned yet: Krenzel throws a critical interception, I looked hoping he wouldn't run it back when out of know where, Clarett runs him down and strips him while staying inbounds. Unreal play, especially when you consider the stage, circumstance, and Clarett was a true freshman.
