2003's Fiesta Bowl was more than just a BCS national championship game. The Ohio State-Miami contest also featured the most future professionals in any bowl game ... ever. 51 future NFL players suited up for the game.
Of all the game's starters, only four "pro eligible" players (guys not still playing college football today) did not get a sniff in the NFL. And yes, we are considering Maurice Clarett's Denver Broncos training camp experience, a "sniff." The four cats who never wore an NFL jersey were Ohio State's Bryce Bishop and Branden Joe, and Miami's Sherko Haji-Rasouli and Maurice Sikes.
