Who Will Step Forward and be a Leader?
With all the talk about stepping up, and 'geling' there has to be a leader or leaders on each side of the ball. Without this leadership, then there will be no team. On the D last year, the LBs were clearly the leaders, and on the O, maybe Mangold and ?
The loss of great players hurts, but great programs ( OSU is a top 5 program) has the senior leadership to kick the underclass butts in spring conditioning, organize the sprints, and generally set the tone by example.
Who do you believe will be the leaders on Offense? Defense?

Troy Smith and Quinn Pitcock probably will be the two biggest leaders.
EDIT: Downing is also a very vocal guy on the offensive line.

This is Troy's team on offense. They feed off of him. Defense I think it will be Pitcock.

I think B Mitch will lead the defense, he is a very smart kid back there in the defensvie backfield.
Smith is the obvious leader of the offense.
My guess for captains are Smith, Downing, Mitchell, JRich.
