Hypothetical Championship opponent ?
If our beloved Bucks made it to the championship game this year; whom would you like to see them play for the title ? ( not based on the other teams actual chances,.but somewhat realistic, so no Dukes or Appy States.
 )Personally, I would like to see OSU play one of the following: LSU Florida V. Tech Oklahoma We haven't had recent matchups ( if ever ) with those teams, so I would love to see any of those matchups. How about you ?

Of those teams, I'd prefer Va. Tech or Oklahoma.
All the southern speed on LSU and Florida is scary.  Seriously, I'd have no problem meeing the Domers in the Desert again, since I'd like our chances. But if they go that far being undefeated, the hype will be incredibly overbearing all year. And long term, that's a bad thing. Along with your choices, I think a matchup with Georgia or Florida State would be good, tOSU is 0-1 and 0-3 respectively, and it would be good to face them out West, a true neutral site. For the record, tOSU is 1-1 against Oklahoma, 1-0-1 against LSU, and has never played Florida or Va. Tech.

BB73 mentioned FSU, and that would be my personal choice by a huge margin.
This has nothing to do, of course, with the fact that I live in Tallahassee. And you can be sure that I would never, ever gloat were such a match-up to transpire and continue to its natural conclusion. I would never remind them every day of Jim Tressel's 1-0 record vs. BBowden. I would never fly a 4' NC flag from my SUV for the succeeding year. I would never play the Buckeye Battle Cry at full volume from my computer at work every hour, on the hour. I would never wear NC T-shirts to the gym every time I worked out. No no no. I'm sure that I wouldn't even post the final score on a giant sign in my front yard. I would behave in a manner that JT himself would be proud of. Seriously. Honest. I mean it. Why are you looking at me like that? I'm not kidding! I would be good, I promise! sort of

 All kidding aside, id like to see tOSU against Georgia, LSU, or even Oklahoma. I guess the Notre Dame matchup wouldnt be too bad.

LSU is one team that I feel could match up very, very well against Ohio State.
Which is just one reason why I would like to see the Buckeyes pick on ND's slow defensive backs all day instead.

Bring On the SEC!
I would truly enjoy ANY team that we would face for the BCS championship. I love the guy that lives in Tallahassee wanting to put the hurt on Fla St and then rub their noses in it. The recruiting benefits from whupping up on the Domers (oh, I thought we were supposed to get those this year?) may or not exist, and as far as 'southern speed', I thought we did that when we outsped (is this a word?) Cryami.
It would truly please me to kick the snot out of a SEC team. I really don't care which one (Phat Phil at Tennessee - takes some good recruits away, Urban Meyer - hey guys, this one badmouths the Buckeyes in a big way, Georgia - just because, and ......LSU - have heard how great they are for so long....) They are the 'concensus' number one college football league - and maybe so. I don't like that they recruit 30+ kids every year (taking the mythical recruiting championship away from the more deserving OSU) because they know that many of their kids can't cut it in the classroom, or testing, that the 'higher learning' at the SEC colleges is far, far below that of the Big Ten (or PAC 10 for that matter), or because the weather is too hot and too sultry for my tastes. Bring 'em on, and we'll show 'em what the meat and potatoes boys do to the catfish boys of the SEC. We can run with anyone, and outhit most of them. And I'll take our GPAs over their GPAs any day.

It does't much matter to me who OSU plays should they make the game, to be honest. I'm more worried about Northern Illinois at the moment. But, hey, it's the offseason.

Oklahoma....in a landslide. Many reasons for wanting this matchup, but one is to validate that Bob Stoops can't hold Tressel's jock.
