Because.. when your PRIMARY objective is to sell memberships... it's more exciting to see who gets the uncommitted recruits than the committed.. so you assign five stars to whoever will help you sell memberships rather than truly rating talent

Top 5 reasons
1. J.B. is not going to UT.
2. Charlie Tuna did not get him to verbal to ND.
3. Urban Meyer thought he recruited him but changed his mind like Billy D.
4. Bob Stoops missed out.
5. It impossible for scout to believe that Block O was built by getting the Best Lineman from Florida, Texas, Ohio and ......

Stephen Good is no slouch, he is probably the second best interior lineman in the country outside of Brewster...
I don't have a problem with JB being behind Good, and I wouldnt have a problem with having him JB in front of Good either...
Neither guy is going to Texas so that argument doesn't fly here...

I would think the average Buckeye fan could give a rip about star rankings by now.

I personally think Good is 1a and Shugarts is 1b...both are outstanding but I think J.B. should have been in the 30-50 range because they are extremely close.

Great interview and hopefully he is right about Jenkins. Can't wait to see J.B. in Scarlet and Gray...he sure passes the looks test. I think we're gettting one mean OL in Shugarts.
