Some Armchair Quarterbacking
Quote:

Dane Sanzenbacher, who took over for injured Central quarterback Tyler Kleeberger

.
If Tyler K does not return as QB this week, Dane S could remain at that position and be both a passing and running threat. There are also two other QBs who also could start in the same position allowing Dane to return to WR. This would then be an obvious passing situation (or not) that could find him double covered. One of the other WRs,TEs, or RBs would then be open giving TCC the opportunity to advance the ball and score. Mix it up with a strong defense, balanced running attack, half back passes, double reverses and some good old football razzle dazzle, and you would have a total confused opposition defense. My fantasy offensive changes would be unexpected for either of TCCs remaining league games giving them the element of surprise (won't see this lineup on the cable replays). As I sit here watching football this weekend and reflecting on last Friday's win over Clay, I came to the conclusion that Coach D and his staff has a lot more experience than this armchair QB. TCC offense was awesome and they are full of surprises. I can't wait to see what they come up with for Whitmer and St John's. Any thoughts?

Central is led by the reigning City League player of the year, Sanzenbacher. The Ohio State University-bound wideout/cornerback has 38 catches for 753 yards and has scored eight TDs. He has also rushed for 112 yards and completed 6-of-9 passes for 111 yards and a score.
Sanzenbacher was pressed into service at QB last week when junior starter Tyler Kleeberger left the game with a bruised knee after just one series in Central's 33-26 win at Clay.

My High school team today is playing against his team, which is number 1 in ohio. The funny thing is, People are saying we are going to win. I was going to go to the game, but Im going to watch it on BSCN. It is the game of the week in ohio, so should be fun.

Whitmer vs Central
I like the BCSN coverage, but it's so much better to feel the game and watch CENTRAL win!!! It should be a great game.

Central Wins CL Title
Bouyer scores one to tie the game, Sanzenbacher scores one a 65 yard screen play, Jacoby score two on runs. Great Offense, better D!
Central 28 Whitmer 7.

Have they really secured the title? I heard that if St. John's knocks them off on Friday they would take the crown.

CL Title
Central has more points toward first place with the win, St Johns's can't win it even if they win next week. Central picks a lot of points with the Whitmer win. Central Catholic is City Champs. St John's will be a tune up to the playoffs.
