I stand corrected - sort of. The Illinois game was the first game of the 2001 season in which Krenzel saw action. He appeared in 3 games that year, Illinois, scUM and South Carolina.) However, he also appeared in 6 games during the 2000 season; something I was unaware of. Here are his season-by-season stats:

So, in a way, we were both right. But in another, more accurate way, we were both wrong. You said that the Illinois game was his first game action, and I said he was on the field earlier that year. So BOO-YAH to both of us.
