I highly suspect that the South Akron Rangers... a Pop Warner football league team... had LeBron, Pittman and one or both of the Suttons on the SAME team... not league.. TEAM... haven't found out if Wilson was in there...yet... very good possibility Cotton was on that team too...
Can you even imagine that gradeschool team?

wow, that would have been scary. c. wells might have been on that team to because, of his size if they stlll have the same rules like they did when my dad coached the firestone park rams team along time ago.
I was playing against kids years older than me back then
sorry to all, this is about Wilson so some good news. There is a picture of Tressel and wilson talking at a ST.V basketball game from last nights on the front page of the sports page of the ABJ paper.
I would say that looks good for recruiting future recruits in this area and WILSON. WELLS WELLS WELLS A FAST CLARETT WITH A POSITIVE BRAIN

Lawrence Wilson Update
Coach Charlie Weis and Jimmy Gonzales visited the Wilson family this morning at their home. Lawrence was not home, but I spoke with his father about the visit.
"It went great," Wilson's father said. "It changed everything."
Did they re-commit to the Irish?
"No, net yet," Wilson's father said. "But we really liked what we heard."
This is a great indication of not only Wilson's increasing interest in Notre Dame, but also Weis' ability to recruit and make a great impression on families.

Sad
The guy hasn't coached a down. ND players right now suck and its going to take many years to get the recruits to make it work. How can this guy make any statements when he dosent know who his coaches are, what the playbook is, etc. Please just come to Notre Dumb and I promise it will be great. He forgot to mention they lost some major recruits this year already which threy cannot replace. What a bunch of crud.

I get the feeling that selling Notre Dame to Lawrence Wilson would be like selling a cheeseburger to Rick Majerus...not too tough.

ND another 4 yrs without winning a bowl game (if they even get to a bowl game) and another 4 yrs without a first round pick.
Should we feel sorry for Notre Shame?

Anybody else get the feeling that LW is just looking for any possible way to reconvince himself that he belongs in South Bend?
