Speed Kills and this is easily the Fastest Ohio State Football team we have ever had.....13-0 NC and my money is down in the city of lights already.

13-0 National champions. I think we will have some scary victories, like 43-36 kind of games, until the defense really gets solid. But I don't see us losing.
A previous poster said, Speed Kills. I don't like that - it sounds like all the Miami fans (and the national sports media) before the 2003 Fiesta Bowl. Miami was supposed to be so fast! but they got their butts kicked.
No, I don't think we're wussies like Miami was, however, let's not get all wrapped up in speed winning games.
Amonth or two ago, we were picking our "breakout" players. I still think it's Roy Hall on offense, and he is nowhere near our fastest receiver, but he is big and tough and faiirly quick, too. On D, it might be Abdallah. The whole D-line is gonna be nasty mean and ready for war.
One last reason why it's 13 and oh: JT has become that much better a coach. Go back and watch early 2004 games, or even last year's Penn State game. Compare it to the last two games last year - and listen to Musberger gushing like a schoolgirl over what a great field general Tressel has become.

As much as I wanted to go 13-0, I just couldn't do it. Two games worry me this year, Texas and Iowa. I think we pull out a win down in Austin mainly with the revenge factor and the Horns loss of their leader and catalyst VY. Iowa under the lights in Kinnick really worries me. This year they have the revenge factor on their side, and I'm not 100% confident we can get both these games. Those Big Ten road night games are a [censored]in' bear, hopefully we can change our recent luck...we'll see. 12-1.
