Stoneburner wins the prestigous James A. Rhodes Ohio High School Player of The Year Award presented by The Touchdown Club. Previous winners include: Archie, Spielman, Katzemoyer, Ginn, Doss, Wells. Nice company.
Congrats Jake!

The last five winners were Brandon Saine, Beanie Wells, Jamario O'Neal, Ted Ginn Jr. and Donte Whitner...great tradition of Buckeyes there.

BN $
great read from Steve Helwagen as Jake discusses how anxious he is to get to campus and start working. He feels as if he can play next year.
Side note: Liek Wade, Jake is not worried about Terrelle.

Thanks for the video, Q. I liked the touchdown catch against LSU. We could use more of that.

I knew he was good at the jump ball but WOAH..... On top of that for a big guy like him to split defenders like he did and take it to the house like 4-5 times in that video was VERY impressive. I know the scout and rivals lists him as more a TE down the road but so long as he keeps that speed he'll be a WR all the way. Impressive
On a sidenote, anyone watching that movie think of Superbad with that song playing? "I CALL THIS ONE THE SQUIGGLEY PIG TAIL"

Jake shows some very impressive speed in some of those clips. As has already been mentioned, cant wait to see him in S&G.

That QB is quite the bomber. Reminds me of Todd Boeckman...
Good news for Stoneburner.
