2006 Pick'em Contest - Week #1

Hey all it's that time of year again. I will run the pick'em contest once again. As has been the case the last few years, you have to participate in over half the regular season weeks, and ALL of the bowl games to have your picks officially count for the contest.

I am going on vacation tomorrow not to return until Labor day (maybe after labor day). As of right now, the odds for week number one have not been posted (by the sports books). 3yards has agreed to post the picks for me.

Remember you have to pick all ten games (and the back up game if one of the ten original games aren't played for any reason) for the week, any picks left blank count as an incorrect pick.

Have fun, and Go Bucks!!! (I hope to be back in Florida during kickoff so I can track down a bar that picks up the satellite feed ).

NOTE: All picks MUST be entered in this thread BEFORE midnight Thursday August 31st, 2006 (08/31/06). List only the WINNER (Team you expect the beat the spread). You must pick all 11 games. The 11th game will be used should one of the first 10 games be cancelled. Spreads are (for this week) taken from an average score of the listed "lines" at VegasInsider.com. Good luck!
