I apologize for missing this before, but Bill Willis should definitely get the nod at #99. A member of the 1942 NC team, he was selected first team All-American in '43 and '44. He's in the College and Pro Football Halls of Fame, and was one of the first African-Americans to play professional football when he (and Marion Motley) joined the Browns in 1946.

You would know better than I, however, I was unaware that Willis wore #99. I had him at the greatest to ever wear the #30. I'll for sure make the change, though, if his actual number was 99.

I've seen 2 pictures of the 1942 team with him wearing #99, and the official site has him listed at #99 from 1942-44.

He wore #30 for the Browns, and I also see him in a #60 jersey, but I'm not sure what that's from.
