The fact that all we can talk about on offense is little things like that is pretty sweet, IMO. Troy made one or two bad decisions for the course of the entire game. One was almost picked off when he forced a pass to Ginn when Gonzo was open over the middle. The other must of been a miscommunication cause he lobbed a perfect pass to the endzone...but there wasn't anyone there to catch it. Aside from that, he was perfect. Troy will get pressured on the 9th, but that's when Troy shines. I can't wait!
But yeah, I saw on punt/kick coverage and defense, that a lot of the guys were running themselves out of the play, over pursuing and all that. Missed tackles and whatnot could cost us games if our offense isn't doing well. If we can get by Texas, then there is no reason we can't play for and win the NC.

I am confident on each game. We are BUCKEYES! nothing to worry about! lets just take it 1 game at a time, and focus on 1 game at a time.

Anyway, I read if you're related to somebody who has played at Ohio State, they will put you on their practice squad. But that doesn't mean you'll dress for the games though. When I go to Ohio State to major in Sports Journalism, this is what I am going to do. I won't stop there, because I will try to dress and make the team.

Texas and scUM are the only games I'm slightly worried about. Texas, because they are at home, and scUM because its a rivalry game and they always play us tough.
But as far as our defense, I'm not really worried. Wolfe is probably the best running back in the country, hands down. I believe we'll be ready to go and pumped up for next week. Ginn and Smith won't let us lose next week, they want revenge more than we do, and they want a championship. If we win next week, I don't see us having much of a problem with anyone else this year, regardless of Iowa and PSU, we are light years better than both of those teams, no need to worry about them really. GO BUCKEYES!!!

What game am I worried about? The next one. And then the next one, etc. until we play the Domers in the BCS Bowl. Seriously........
Haven't a clue what Heacock and Fickell were doing with the D, other than seeing which guys would gel together. Too many substitutions for me to see any sort of cohesion being developed. That will either pay big dividends this week end against Texas (I hope), or we're in for a big let down from the 'normal' OSU defense that we've gotten accustomed to.
Texas, as they're a national caliber team. Iowa, nah, they've got a very good Q-back, but their O-line is very new (talented, but no cohesion yet). Penn State, nah, MOrelli didn't impress.
Michigan State is the one. They've got more personalities than a schizophrenic. They play like world beaters one game, and then like a high school jv team the next. Methinks they'll be 'up' for NOtre Dame, Michigan, and OSU. And they've got a habit of bouncing us... And then Michigan. From all I read, Carr is on the hot seat, and as those of us old enough to remember the Cooper era, a win against Michigan was enough to keep his job. Same with Lllloyd. And if I remember correctly, their recruits are usually rated higher than our recruits. We've got the better coaching staff, true, but there's alot of Ohio boys on that starting team that would love to shut up their 'homies' when they come home for Thanksgiving break.....
Texas, MSU and Meatchicken. And then Notre Dame, if they can survive....(actually, I'm now predicting a rematch with Texas)........for the BCS championship.

That is far and away the best running back we will face all year. Not worried about anyone I wasn't worried about before.

I'm not worried about any particular game, but beating (at) Texas, Penn State, and (at) Iowa in a span of 4 weeks is never going to be easy, no matter what season it is...and this one in particular.
Make it past that, and teams like Michigan State don't worry me as much...Idaho made them look silly for much of that game, and if we're on a roll, they can't beat us.
