Did anyone see ESPN U with Tom Luginbill?
At the end his thoughts were "he still can't see Ohio State as a number #1
team in his mind!
He also said this last week after the Texas win!
His choice for #1 also he mentioned this last week,would be:
1.USC
2.Auburn
3.Ohio State
I can't stand him,but then opinions are like @$$holes,everybody has one! Sorry I'm just a little irritated after seeing him mention his favorite team 2 weeks in a row that he thinks should be #1!

USC is somewhat like ND right now...people, and especially the media, think they are better than they are, and have done more than they have done. There are still plenty in the "greatest stretch in college football history" camp, with the 3 Heismans and all the victories, despite the fact, of course, that they have only one MNC to show for it. To many USC will be #1 forever until they lose to someone in the regular season again...that's just the way it is.

It really doesn't matter all that much in the long run...hell almost every single ESPN guy said we wouldn't even beat Iowa or win the Big Ten. There are teams the media wants to believe are good, and ones they don't. It is annoying, but that's just how it is.

I saw this too and it really did erk me a little In the end though that guy is just another epsn tool so I could really care less about what he has to say.

It doesn't bother me. Hell, we could be ranked #5 and I wouldn't care. I only care about where we're ranked at the end of the season. The season will play out, the undefeateds will be defeated, and at the end we'll know who's top dog. Hopefully, tOSU is standing tall.
