USMA must be ponying up some major jack if the game is to be played at Michie Stadium instead of the Meadowlands or other major venue. The Meadowlands holds more than twice as many fans as does Michie (80,242 vice 40,000).

I'd still rather have it played at West Point.
One of the best settings in the country for college football.
We don't play Northwestern at Soldier Field so why play Army at the Meadowlands except solely for Army's financial gain?

Sure, you take a significant hit in ticket sales by playing at the Michie complex; however, I'm pretty sure TV execs are foaming at the mouth when it comes to another matchup with storied programs at what is arguably the most picturesque location in all of college football.

Yes, but that was only a one time thing.
I think it would mean more to the Cadets to have the game played on Campus. Besides, their one neutral stadium game of the year is with Navy.

I was at the 1991 game in Cleveland, but I don't see a record of ever playing Northwestern in Soldier Field.
I plan on attending the Army game, wherever it is, but I hope it's at Michie.
