OSU has been in to Nic's school recently...despite the offer to Rudolph I expect OSU to be very involved with both DiLillo, Moore and Stoneburner...they are all fairly versatile.

At this point Nic may have to wait if he really wants an offer from us.

I am of the opinion that the second TE offer if there is one is going to come @ camp unless they have a bad feeling about Rudolph...

Could also depend on whether or not we get Gronkowski.

Nothing new as Nic says he would still like to decide in March. He attended three games each at Pitt and Michigan, but only visited for one tOSU game...but it was The Game.

From the Pitt site...Nic went to three Pitt home games this past year. Michigan, OSU and Clemson are also recruiting him.

I would like to see either DiLillo or Moore get an offer. I think we are going to have a few more schollies than people think in 2008 and think Nic is OSU-caliber. The staff may be slow-playing him and Moore because they are OSU fans, but with Rudolph likely a ND/OSU battle, I would hedge my bet and offer one of them sooner rather than later.

I agree 100%... Rudolph may actually be an up-hill battle for us at this point... I think Nic and Brandon would both have really tough times turning down offers... There are some out there that like Nic just as well, if not more so, than Rudolph...
Also, I wouldn't rule out one of them getting an offer once we find out what Gronkowski is going to do...

The Madison Blue Streaks play in the Premier Athletic Conference in Northeast Ohio. Teams are: Ashtabula Lakeside (next season), Chardon, Eastlake North, Madison, Painseville Riverside, Willoughby South. Not a very strong football conference for sure. On another note, Nic is playing bball and is averaging 15 ppg and 8.6 rpg this season last I checked. I'm sure he's a great athlete and has good size, but the level of competition up there is weak. Just my take.

By BK...Pitt and Syracuse has offered. He remains in contact with Michigan State, Michigan, Ohio State, Clemson, Purdue, Vanderbilt, Penn State, Stanford and Notre Dame.
