The way I think about it.....
Well gang, my boss is it out and I'm stuck here at my desk left with nothing, but my thoughts and this one came across my little mind so I'm throwing it out there......
If God came to me at the beginning of this season and said this year the Buckeyes are going to play 3 No. 2 ranked teams, but they are only allowed to win 2 out of the 3 of those games, pick which 2 you would prefer to have wins over. Even though, I would protest like hell, I would have to say Texas and Michigan.
Texas - because I would hate being 0-2 against them and having to hear from those Horns fans how much better they are than us until we get a shot to face them again.
Michigan - because after all there are few feelings in this world better than a victory over that school up north.
Last night is gonna sting for a while and is gonna make the time between now and the Spring Game feel like an eterninty, but 12-1 is a hell of a season and Tressel and the gang will have many more big wins in the future.
Yours in Buckeye Brotherhood,
BurgBuck52

You are absolutely right! 12-1 is a great season and beating Michigan made it better! Wish we could have won last night but there is always next YEAR. GO BUCKS!!!

haha good way of thinking... yeah I agree... I'm glad we lost this last game than to Texas/Michigan. Especially when I'm close friends with a Michigan/Texas fan. NO reason to give them bragging rights for the year.. haha GO BUCKS.

When I go to Ohio State to major in Sports Journalism, this is what I am going to do. I won't stop there, because I will try to dress and make the team.

I'll admit that the win over UT was sweet after the '05 loss to them, but you've got to be kidding me. If you pick wins over scUM and in the NC game, you're still national champs, so who cares if you lost to UT two years in a row? I would've answered that I'll take wins over scUM and the other no. 2 team.

If you look at last nights game, it doesn't have to be in a bad way because we did add this game to our all time National Championships which is pretty cool to think about winning or losing!

Beating Michigan on the 18th was almost like a National Championship game for all of us and knowing full well we woould have to wait 51 days to go at
it again. On that note I was fearfull of that situation. Its like we were starting another season only a little later in the year of 2007. As much as I love OHio State and JIm Tressel, this one loss is hard to swallow, but I will get over it in a few day.

I guess "tearful goodbye" threads just don't mean what they used to...
