Hearing my daughter tell her friend(who loves Notre Dame) That we STILL beat Norte Dame warmed my heart.

(It is common in my house to hate on ND. It comes from living close enough to listen to South Bend stations.)

lol. I was tired of hearing them say they were way more deserving to be in the National Title game instead of us. It was great, for me at least, when they got whooped against USC. That sure quieted them down.

I'm a true blue Wolverine fan that got our rear handed to us again!, by OSU this year. No excuses. I truly professed that OSU would hand UF their booties and bring the Big 10 back into the spotlight. My faith is and will be in Big 10 football. No one now seems to agree. Band wagon betrayers. UF is not a better team but played a better game. Never would I have thought I'd be bouncing off the freakin walls screaming for OSU as I did when Ginn ran that ball back for a touchdown. Then I got a flashback at the Rose Bowl. Sacks, interceptions, etc. NO MATTER what anyone says, when push comes to shove, I'm staying with my conference. History demands it. Rivals or not, I felt the loss for OSU as if were UM. I feel for the seniors but they will go on to be great players in the NFL, and well deserved. I'm not a traitor, I'll hate you guys again next year at the end of the season. However, I'll back any Big 10 that has a chance to prove everyone wrong.
Everyone wants to beat us, not just anyone can. That's a fact. Let em' have their 15 minutes of fame.

5) Teddy looked incredible on that kick off.

6) We're outright Big 10 Champions.

By my negative Michigan comment above about the BCS game, I directed that at all of the whiny Michigan fans that would not let it go that they were not in the BCS Title game. And to make it fair, Florida's first championship in '96 was a rematch against Florida State. You seem like a classy Michigan fan, not a whiny one.

1) We didn't have to rely on polls to get into the NC game, we earned it
2) The NCAA bracket could present the opportunity for redemption against the Gators
3) We have an overall young defense

scUM still sucks.

As for positives:

- Looking forward to a dominating defense next year
- If Pittman comes back we'll have a very formidable 2 headed running attack that I have to believe Tressel will take advantage of
- The Buckeyes basketball TEAMS will give us fans many reasons to cheer in the next few months
