Football and wrestling are sports that don't intertwine very well. Like Wad said, the weight programs are very specific...football shape and wrestling shape are very different. I had trouble getting my weight up to where it needed to be after wrestling (good weight that is).

Interestingly OSU and Illinois have apparently mentioned Garrett being able to try both football and wrestling in college, although he says he is leaning towards football anyways.
